One Indian legend says that each of us has two fighting wolves inside. One of them is good, fair, happy, wise, kind…The other one is evil, furious, envious, nasty… Do you know which one will win the fight? The one you keep feeding.
I had a sun overhead. The remote line of horizon was dividing the world. It was so straight like nothing else in nature. I was sitting on my own on the beach of a little island in the middle of the Indian Ocean, only few kilometers from Equator.
For our life we need both, our soaring dreams and wishes, as much as a stable and solid home with order and clear rules.
Our roots give us strength and security. Our wings provide us with joy and inspiration. All our life we are balancing those two.
The world of adulthood is mostly about inner satisfaction and also about the balancing between the material and the spiritual. I think it is because we haven’t learned much in our childhood. Nowadays there is an endless number of courses and workshops. Self revelation is a real topic these days. We are trying to work out the inherited patterns of behaviour. Our personalities were created by commands, rules and social expectations. We are perfectly sculptured from outside but we tend to forget to let the inner self grow.
